Take Care

Overview

This was a service design collaboration between McKinsey & Company and students of the School of Visual Arts Interaction Design MFA program

How might we design a solution to provide more accessible and convenient basic health services to citizens under the poverty line?

Concept

In order to provide citizens below the poverty line with more accessible and convenient basic health services, we need to design an effective solution that can deliver preventative care and education to promote a healthier lifestyle, prevent serious illnesses, and minimize medical expenses.

One possible solution is Take Care, a user-friendly service that facilitates regular health screenings, offers professional assessment of minor injuries or illnesses, and provides guidance on selecting appropriate clinics and health programs. This service aims to make healthcare more approachable for those in need, ultimately improving the overall health and well-being of low-income individuals and families.
